"Kisses sweeter than Tupelo honey…  Little bit crazy like New Orleans... Soft as cotton in some cut-off jeans... Don't you know  Ain't nothing in the whole wide world  Like a southern girl
Tim McGraw got it right when he said there ain’t nothing in the whole wide world like a southern girl!  Lola is looking for for a furever home with a family who lives in their own little slice of country heaven. Could it be with you?
She is a 58 pound rottweiler mix, sporting the classic black and rust coat that never goes out of style.  Though Lola is a senior, she is still spunky and has so much love to give!
She is lovingly referred to as our country mouse, southern belle or our country girl because she prefers to live in in the quiet and peaceful countryside.   She has an aversion to the hustle and bustle of the city. Dinners on busy patios on the street and bar hopping are just not her jam.
Our sweet country mouse would love to live with a family who lives in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in yard. She is best suited for a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced yard where she can freely run around, or the countryside.
Lola is an early to bed, early to rise lady. She knows the early bird catches the worm!
Lola is overall very well behaved. She is crate trained, house trained, and knows a few tricks too.
Lola is dog selective and will need an experienced owner who will continue working on training and will handle her responsibly. Lola can be dog selective. Being “dog selective” doesn’t mean Lola can’t live with another dog. It does mean that their must be canine chemistry between the dogs, and that chemistry is not a given with with Lola and all dogs.
If Lola sounds like the right match for your family, please submit an application to adopt her today! She cannot wait to meet you!
