Bluff’s wiggles and wags will keep you smiling!  Bluff currently shares his foster home with two beagles.  He loves to play with everyone, and has even won over the heart of the grumpy old beagle!  He has also enjoyed the company of other fosters who visited the pack temporarily after a proper slow introduction. He particularly loves when puppies or other "bully" breed dogs come to stay and play!  However, Bluff loves humans so much he'd be perfectly content as an "only" dog.

A true outdoorsman, Bluff is happiest romping through the woods, scrambling over rocks, and wading through streams. However, he lives for people, greeting anyone he passes on a trail with smiles and full body wags. After a day’s adventures, Bluff loves to sprawl across the floor or nearest dog bed for a nap.  Bluff is eagerly waiting to go on his next adventure - perhaps with you?

Bluff knows many commands, including: sit, down, come, stay, wait, leave it, and drop.  He's completed a Basic Manners I class, and is continuing training classes as he is still excitable on leash. His trainers call him a genius and a flirt - he learns very quickly and is so eager to please!

An enthusiastic, active boy, he loves daily long trail walks and playing with his tennis ball collection.  He's trying to convince his foster mama she's ready to start running again; he's a great running buddy even for the short distance she is able to run with him!

Bluff adores the companionship of all humans, young and old.  Snuggles are required for this sweet pup! He’s living with zest and glee, as he finally has a taste of the good life!
