This is Max he came in with another dog who is a retriever mix named bear they were both turned into Spotsylvania Animal Shelter because the woner couldnt afford to feed them.  When he was turned in his name was savage but we have decided Max is a much better name for this sweet shy boy.  He is 1 year old is up to date on vaccines and will be neutered before adoption-  We would love to see him and Bear find a home togther but unfortunately time is not on their side so they could be split up to find forever homes as well.  He is low energy great with other dogs and can be tested with cats if an interested party had a cat.  He did great with kids at our adoption event at Petsmart-  With some obidience training this guy could really come out of his shelter to be an amazing dog
